Crossdock is a practice of StoreBuilder Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 09590027. StoreBuilder Ltd is the data controller for anything you send through this site.

What is collected

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your company, your email address, optionally your current platform, and whatever you write in the message. The form also records which page you sent it from, so we know which part of the site prompted the enquiry.

There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking on this site. Nothing is collected if you simply read a page.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to you and, if it goes further, to scope and quote the work. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — you contacted a supplier about a commercial project and expect an answer.

Who sees it

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and delivered to a company email account. They are not sold, shared for marketing, or passed to anyone outside StoreBuilder Ltd without asking you first.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Where work follows, records are kept for as long as the engagement and its accounting obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — email tony.cooper@webuildstores.co.uk and it will be actioned. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
