Crossdock moves growing UK merchants onto Shopify Plus and connects the systems behind the store: ERP, stock control, warehouse and accounting. It's the operations practice of StoreBuilder Ltd, a UK company trading since 2015 and a Shopify Partner, and the company behind webuildstores.co.uk, storebuilder.co.uk and energypages.co.uk.
The principal
Tony Cooper
Tony Cooper leads Crossdock and is accountable for every engagement, from the first conversation to the cutover. He has worked in digital since 1999, and the Shopify migrations he has delivered came from Magento, WooCommerce, Wix and EKM.
He works the way the practice is built to work: the systems question answered before the platform question, the cutover rehearsed before it's run, and specialist partners brought in and named for the slices that warrant them.
You deal with him directly throughout. There's no account manager between you and the person answering for the result.
